My how time flies when you are having fun!
I have been busy writing an ebook.

The book is my steps that I took to get my husband and myself out of debt.

I just finished reading

" Zero Limits "
The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace and More
by Joe Vitale & Ihaleakala Hew Len, PHD

I am impressed-and since I do Energy Work, this method intrigues me. In fact I will be looking into taking a weekend workshop to learn all that I can. I have been saying, mentally, the four phrases, non-stop for whatever comes up.

If I have an emotion, I start saying the words, whether it is the news, or someone around me, or something that comes up inside of me- I mentally say -I’m sorry,-Please, Forgive me- I love you- Thank you, until the feeling subsides.

As time goes on I will be able to see the effects it has. I did notice though that I feel better, a little lighter. The process is said to clean out of your sub-conscious old memories of why you are reacting to what ever it is that you are reacting to. So, I am going to clean, clean, clean. Who knows what’s stored?

I feel that this is part of the ho’oponopono process plus there is a prayer that should be included, which is in the book- I am in the process of implanting in my memory, so that it will be there when I need it.

For all of you that are out there and feel helpless about what is going on I suggest that you take the time to read the book, and see that you can do something to improve the world around you.
